Robbins hardwood floors offer two types of wood construction. Engineered wood is constructed of several layers of cross grain wood that are bonded together and are designed for installation at any level including below grade. Solid wood is milled from one piece of wood into a board ¾" thick and should not be installed below grade. Their board variance between strips and planks result in different appearances. Strips are less than 3" wide, that offers a refined look and planks are more than 3" wide that offers a broader look and feel. The edge and end details that Robbins offers are the square edge, boards that fit flush against each other for a smooth traditional look; beveled edge where the sides of each board are sanded or angled to create grooves or an outline effect. The eased edge or micro-beveled edges are slightly angled where they meet to create a less apparent outline. Finishes for Robbins floors either have ForEver II (70% gloss level) or ForEver II (average gloss level of 35% Satin Finishes. These finishes are made using aluminum oxide crystals that are suspended in multiple layers of ultra-violet cured urethane resulting in a finish that is 10 times more abrasion resistant than the traditional urethane finishes. Robbins provides warranties that vary from that range from 10 to 15 years.

Robbins flooring offers both style and meaning to your home. They offer fine hardwood flooring that brings a distinguishing impression of luxury and persona to your home.
